the INTEREST GROUP FOR MODel AVIATION ENTHUSIAST in Macomb, IL
The group meets to fly at the UAV Flying Field at Argyle Lake Illinois State Park near Colchester Illinois from 6:00 pm to sundown in the summer while Daylight Savings Time is in effect. To insure that working RC pilots have a place and time to fly and keep their skill up through the dark winter months we have made arrangements to fly small electric (NO FUEL) aircraft in the Illinois National Guard Gym each Thursday from 7 to 9pm. Space is limited so please be considerate of other pilots (this is not combat) and be aware that you are personally responsible for any damage you cause to the building. For your best results, “Just keep it in the air.”
